How to get the New Background Glitch

Hey Penguins! Before I post this I want you to know I didn't Use this to make the New Gary Background post!

1. Open your Buddy List
2. I am sure you all have a couple of these awkward people on your list (The Blue Penguins)
3. Click on a Mascot on your Buddy List
4. Click the Blue penguin (He doesn't have to open)
5. The click the SAME Mascot again and if should look like this

Now Click the Giveaway Button and this should POP UP!
