Building an Army?

Hey Penguins! I have an idea that could go terribly wrong or quite good :) It all depends on you :P YES YOU! I was thinking about Creating an ARMY. I think everyone thought like: This idiot is making an Army Ha, Loser! Thats why It all depends on you! If I make an army that nobody joins, than whats the point right?
