Every time you log onto Club Penguin this should pop up and if you're a member you can pick up both items, if you're not you can pick you a holiday Teddy Bear!
Click Yes... DOH! Who wouldn't want a Teddy Bear for Christmas?
If you're a member you can also pick up the Festive Chair (Furniture item)

Head over to the Migrator on the Beach and open up the catalog.
Everyone can pick up the Piratey Stuffie and Member can get Festive Sweater, Festive Socks and the Holly Jolly Rug.
