7th Anniversery Hat

The 7th Anniversary of Club Penguin is on October 24th 2012 – just over a month away. It is expected that a new party hat will be released as a free item during the traditional Anniversary Party. Club Penguin are releasing a new product – Yearbook Quiz Cards – and on the cover is a penguin wearing a party hat which has not yet been released. This penguin’s party hat is blue and gold. So my question is, is this the 7th Club Penguin Anniversary Hat? Will we be able to pick this item up and add it to our inventories when the Anniversary Party commences next month?
