Today, I found a Club Penguin item that will be available at the September Fall Fair 2012. The item appears to be a wig with three different colors on it. I’m guessing you’ll be able to obtain this item from playing games at the Fall Fair and earning tickets to get to that prize. Although, I’m not sure if this item will be available to non-members. Below is the image to the Clown wig.
